Mashing the Past, Fermenting the Future


The evocative title for this post comes from Nick Rakowski's article in today's DC Beer.com blog. This article quickly flew to the DC Beer listserv and from there to Fb and countless blogs like this and websites like BeerPal.com. Brewing is mashing the harvested grain from yesterday, and fermenting the beer we'll enjoy tomorrow.  Great!

New owner will focus on farmhouse ales, (Lambics, Grisettes, Saisons, etc.) under the tagline: "makers of artisanal / primitive field beers"
